Thank you Louise, am so lucky to have found this little gem, theres alot of work to be done, every room needs decorating, think the previous owner had a breakdown in B&Q, but it will be so worth it, i finally feel like i'm home.

thank you for the welcome, Emily's area was the first thing that was sorted out, after exploring her new garden she discovered all different stone and ceramic animals in the bushes, so they have been added to Emily's garden.
Emily loves helping me and especially loves feeding mr and mrs Robin meal worms that we bought for the newts, which they rejected, they get so close, she is fascinated with the pond which is luckily in the front garden. Her most favourite thing is making mud pies, which is always helpful.
I joined because i really dont know what i am doing but really love gardening, this house deserves a lovely garden, so i will on here quite a bit.x.

Thank you Cristina, its 1930's, it's so peaceful here. We used to live next to a railway line surrounded by houses, so it's a fantastic change for us.

Lol ... had a breakdown in B&Q !!! I've bought a few houses from that person too or their colourblind cousin. Welcome to GOY - I think, like your new home and garden, you're going to love it.
(Take a deep breath and don't overdo it - you've got the rest of your life) :-))

That's a lovely big house, Claire :-)))
You're going to have lots of fun in that garden too, if it was 'my' home and garden i'd never want to pass the front gate !
