It's sometimes nice to remind ourselves what we have been doing in the last 18 months! We have "borrowed" this land from an elderly neighbour - he had far too much to cope with.

It is purely a "working yard". We don't let visitors go in there because the neighbour is worried about the insurance if someone was to hurt themselves.

Ah, yes of course. Very useful, allows you to have your garden pristine and keep all the 'working' areas separate!

You really have worked hard to keep your lovely garden stocked with plants and somewhere to bring them on and overwinter them. I should think your neighbour is pleased as well, to think has garden is being cared for by such clever gardeners.

Thanks, everyone, for your kind comments. This neighbour's land is like having a "kitchen" - for years we've had to "cook" in the lounge when dealing with plants - now we have somewhere where we can be messy, and store things, and keep our main garden (the "lounge") clean and tidy!!!

Will you be cultivating this, or just using it as a 'nursery'?
