Scotsgran, It was pink but for some reason the last couple of times it's flowered it has been like this ~I like it!

we have a christmas cactus flowering at the moment in reception at work - I think its a bit confused although we do have the therapies in the building!!

I looked up schlumbergera and came up with a photograph very similar to yours. The author said it was a Schlumbergera Lidcactus which had been pink but the last 2 years had come out like yours. I could not find an internet address. I know it said Freebase and the heading was 'Find out more about schlumbergera'. We donated ours to someone else when the house became overgrown by them but I think they are lovely.

Scotsgran~ I am going to take some cuttings will send you one if I can get it to grow!
