Apparently good for stress, low-energy or depression... or if you want to improve your athletic performance. Amazing what our plants can do, isn't it?

Oh i need one then, stress (try having a 16 year old daughter doing GCSE's!!) depression suffered with those all my life.....improve my athletic performance errr what athletic performance lol
