Mini-violet Today

At about 16 inch spread, this plant will have about 60-80 blooms, about half the budding tops have begun to open their flowers.

Thanks Val. :-) The mini variety has much smaller leaves and seems much more prone to spread. The larger leaved type just gets taller or divides into two. I'll link my garden to this pic, I have found the 'real' name but can't recall right off. It'll be listed to the right. I don't even fertilize, I am just as amazed each year as you. :-)

This one is getting so mature too. I got it in fall 2002. I think they benefit from my forgetting them now and then. Thank you Janey. If only I did something special so I could take some credit....lol.
