I always grow salad leaves in pots.

I started off doing that Carol, now I use a raised trough (thats what they are in there) and also this year I am using the guttering on the shed idea. :-)

Thiinking of it you will need to grow more than me, as you have a family, and i only need to grow small amounts for myself.

My sons and daughters are all grown up with children of there own, plus some have grandchildren aswell.

My son and daughter are both in their 20's Carol, neither of them are interested in gardening at all - I make up for them I think:-)

Funny because my kids dont like it but 2 of the grandchildren are into it but like growing veg.
