thanks again,TT got this from Gardeners World Live last year, have it in a pot at the moment, looks quite a strong grower.

I had one and didnt put it in right place in garden. Think it prefers a shaded spot, mine got to much sun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes they like shelter, I have a north facing patio and they do seem to do ok on there, i have two, and i left both on the patio all winter.
