Is the gold rain....the rose Golden Showers? or is it a Laburnum? Golden showers won't be out till at least next month, but a Laburnum is just about blossoming now.........

yes lerburnum just wont flower .have trained it over the arch . bain of my life at mo . tried every thing just have to wait i think.
