Love seeing the yellow Azalea for a change from pinks to purple, I have an orange one but quite small compared to this one. I can see it 10 houses away when I come down my street.

In the Midlands, ours aren't out yet, though with the warm weather that's forecast for the next few days, it shouldn't be long. Hope it's not long - we have our first open day on Saturday - the first of four in May.
