The Mystery Seeds solved

I posted a picture of a pot of seeds I found lurking at the back of the border, I was baffled as to what they were and asked for help indentifying them. Well today I have had a very busy day tyding and weeding the borders, I found this plant with small Yellow flowers and looking closely found dozens of the seeds all over the soil around the plant the same ones I had been trying to identify! It dawned on me then that I had a bird feeder in this area and seeds must have fallen into the soil and sprouted, dont know what the name of the seeds is but a little disapointed as I was hoping for something exotic lol

Yes have the same problem even with Nyger seed that claims to have been sterilised ..mind the price of it perhaps should let it grow .. talking of which Nyger has yellow flowers and looks a bit like oilseed could it be ?
