This poor little chap took a tumble a while back snapping the roots, leaving just a few aerial roots.
Seems to have come back strongly though.

Thanks guys.
It seems to be recovering well. For a genus that is thought to be difficult, they are in fact quite tough & easy. I'm sure that the most common mistake people make is keeping their feet wet as you may with other house plants.
