Monitor Lizard Fishing at a pond.

This monitor lizard was spotted ambushing, smashing and then devouring its prey. The whole hunting process, about 25 minutes, took place in the Singapore Botanic Garden.

For instance I though it was an aligator, but the color didnt fit properly... :)

Aleyna, I just read this lizard is related to the Kamodo Dragon. It's pretty impressive, isn't it?

If we were not in Singapore, I would have thought it was a komodo dragon or crocodile from a distance! And I won't be taking any photos. :p

That's one large lizard! It looks like a Kamodo Dragon.
