Ooooh it was probably reeeeally scared into new growth, after seeing that deep spa thing you were going to give it on the right and then Doomsday Cooking in The Large Pot Of Evil lurking over yonder - it'll grow legs now and one morning you'll find just a whoosh of dust and leafprints hooving it out the door......

It looks bad now...however, it may still come back...if not, I have hundreds outside around my house. : > )

This has come back and doing very well now :o))

It is a tough palm...the only thing that can kill one here is being grown in full reflected hot sun.
