Hi we bought this Wisteria as our house warming present to ourselves 10 years ago, it had flowers on when we bought it, it was about 8ft tall standard.
In our last house we bought a small grafted that just had leaves and never flowered even though it completely covered an arch! we probably pruned it wrong! my O.H. just used to cut the lot back as if it was a hedge and must have pruned the flowers off.
You have to prune twice a year, once in Feb back to 5 buds from the main stem, tying in new growth, and again in July ! which we haven't been able to do this year as when we returned from 6 weeks holiday a wood pigeon is nesting in it! I think the eggs have hatched so it might be still possible to prune it before the frost comes, it is looking very untidy at the moment.

Hi That looks lovely how long have you been growing your wisteria and did it take a long time to get flowers?
