Please try it...the leaves have a cucumber taste, the flowers so attractive, especially for decorating cakes, salads and fruit! I use the young leaves in salads or the same way as spinach.You could also fry the leaves in a batter and eat it with powdered sugar hmmm.The young leaves also taste good with lemon and sugar as a summer drink.Oh..the leaves are good calcium and potassium sources.
