I like the herbal tea called Sleepy Time ...it has mint and chamomile as it's two main flavours...it's delicious...also has raspberry leaf and hibiscus flower...mmmm...maybe a cup before bed?!

Love it! planted a packet of seeds about ten years ago...and it still comes up in my garden...just where ever it pleases and I don't mind in the least... wonderful stuff...mmmmm.... chamomile tea!
