They should survive Hb they are normally quite hardy...just give them plenty
of water after potting up,,,they will soon pick up!! They look big for plug
plants, or is this pic magnified Hb..

In the UK there is almost no situation where lavender in a bed will require watering. It is very well adapted to prolonged drought, the long, thin, thick leaves are it's mechanism for preserving water. Only in a prolonged drought and the plant is wilting do they require watering. Lavender in pots and tubs require watering a little but be very sparing. Only water when the compost has dried out for a couple of days. So if it were me I would re pot or put in the ground (difficult to see their size) and give those roots something to grow into and let them use up the water they already have.

My Lavender Plants are thriving, and they have plenty of water...if you have
any plants in Tubs or Containers, they always require plenty of water in
hot weather...so different from being in the ground...i know they do say, that Lavender, like to be kept dry, so i do not water so much, in cooler weather..
