There's more hybrids, however, blue and white are the very popular ones planted everywhere.

You're so correct. I don't have any in my yard, thank God! I actually don't like Agapanthus much because they are super snail havens. I do like the flowers though...in the park or in street medians where they're very widely planted (not in my yard though) : > )
