I have this too. I thought I'd lost it in the cold winter, but it's about an inch high. Yours is looking better than mine!

I've just remembered what its called....Tom West.......I've had it for about 5 years...its a real "toughy" and looks good even when the flowers are not out....

Amblealice, thank you! I came across the tag but after you told me what it is. It didn't like it at all in the "slope" but now its in the terrace Tom West loves it.
Beattie, maybe yours doesn't like where it is either, I soon believe the most important in planting is positioning - I've made several mistakes on the terraces, and will have to move plants around when it's time to do so.

No its not Genii......I have this one in my garden.....just can't remember the name for the mo....(embarrassed). Genii has a very yellow/lime green leaf......
