No Astro Turf does not get dirty the rain washes it as the base is porus.All it needs is a brushup now and again.It is used in a Nursing home that I know of actually quite a large area if possible I will try and get a photograph for you to look at :():

Badger has his own mat 3x4mts I am training him to use.There is a picture of him behind the gate on his patch, once he`s been a good boy we let him loose over all areas (::)

And just one payment.The thing is Peonyrose how long would this hold up in your climate it did very well here but we do not have prolonged bad weather.(::)

This is amazing stuff, and looks realistic as well. It must be so beneficial if poor health restricts the jobs you can do in a garden, my OH would love this too! :~))
