Hi Mrv, Ive been trying to track these down, just the Royal Yellow. Can you tell me where I can get them? The only offer Ive seen on line was for bag of 50. Dont want QUITE that many!

In answer to your question - I bought them last year in the '99p Store' chain in Croydon - I think they were in double packs of 6 of the yellow and 6 of the blue. I was in Croydon at the end of last week - they didn't have their bulbs in stock then, but it would certainly be worth keeping your eye open. Poundland also had a similar range (but of course, they are a penny more a pack :-)

Well, went to local pound shop and Wilkinsons..no yellow dutch iris boo hoo...however....
Bought two very large plastic pots 18 x 18 (diaxH) with 25 pc off, two 3 ltr pots and 20 9cm pots half price and a pack of 8 bulbs of Nectarascordum?? they look like ornithalgomum or something like that...all for just over £11 in Wilks..
Bought Pauls Scarlet Climber for one friend and a white climber for a neighbour (we doing her top bed), Centaurea Montana, Drumstick Allium and some Ascepalus for less than £5 from the pound shop!

So I got all this work to do and still havent got my irises! I must stop asking silly questions hee hee hee

As for all this work to do ... I had the great idea of getting 200 Daf bulbs - not so excited now they're here :)

Do you know...Ive had that exact same feeling!!!! I think its true, we have some sort of disease. Reckon plant catalogues ought to be banned, except with such lousy TV what ARE we going to do now the nights are drawing in? We will be buying arc lights next...
