The Red Kite

At last we managed to get a halfway decent photo of Mr/Mrs Kite as she glides over our garden on his/hers afternoon excursion. Sometimes swooping as low as 15 feet above our heads, its an amazing site but I never have the camera handy at the right time. This photo was the best I could do but you can still see what a large handsome bird it is.
