There are so many varieties, Hywel, I'm not going to even try to see which one this is ! I'll just enjoy it in the garden.

I have fallen in love with Penstemon lately....a beauty..I wonder is it 'garnet'.......:>)

Now that rings a bell ! At the risk of boring everyone again, I've lost/mislaid my gardening journal which listed just about everything in my garden over many years. 'Garnet' triggers my memory though, thanks so much. : o ))

Someone identified mine as 'Garnet' last year aswell. It's identical to this.

That'll be the one we have then, Hywel, thank goodness we've got GoY to help us out ... lol !
