This Pati Queen Palm is growing at South Coast Palms. It is the tallest one I've ever seen at ~ 25 feet/ 7.6 meters tall. It will grow to 60 feet/ 18 meter tall though. It's also a fast growing palm. Photo taken June 10, 2010.

Grandmage:
Not really, I have a lot of pruning and fertilizing in my own garden. lol! : > )
Someone would need a tall ladder to prune this palm tree.

I saw a young lad in Jamaica scoot up a palm in his bare feet in a matter of seconds ...I'm sure he will have a go .LOL

I've seen that done...it's pretty amazing!
My grandfather in his 80's would climb up his neighbor's coconut tree (in Hawaii) to get coconuts...crazy!!! I wouldn't even do that 20 years ago.
