Clematis florida 'Sieboldii' - 2010

I hoipe mine look as good this year....one bloom is just starting to open.....

are you finding it's not such a strong grower too Andrew, as some of us are

Grindle - mine reaches eight feet or so but if I give it a hard pruning or we have a very cold winter, it takes a long time to get started in the spring. If it only gets a light trim, it starts flowering earlier but gets very bare at the base

I have never been able to keep this Clematis. Another good picture Andrew.
