That's what they want to know, Meanie, and I'm not sure what it is - from the leaves, it could be a type of Impatiens, but its not something I've seen before. Fractal will probably know.

hehe. i just like anything a bit different. have you heard of black eyed suzy's? my mum has them as a hanging basket and the looked wicked rather than in pot/border. I love this website!!! such a wicked resource.
