Unknown Flower

No idea what it is. Is it the bud stage?

Looks like a Poppy Flwer Bud 2me?

I think it is in bud stage. My husband dug it up from the yard of one of his customers that had moved to CA and left her house empty. She told him he could have any plants he wanted but he didn't ask her what the name of it was. The leaves are long and saw tooth shaped. They are also very velvety soft like this bud.
