Olde mans beard clematis

Think it is the only wild clematis to live in GB - that was one of the reasons I bought it thanks for the link.

You are certainly right there Lulu it is huge already, I chop it back in winter and it goes potty again in the summer.

Maybe I got it wrong, maybe it is just a climber, don't know, Taylors have it on their website though, I am not an expert, have a look and see if you think it is.
