Hubbyy's pride and joy....I bought this as a present four years ago. It was a lonely little plant in amongst a lot of Pond Plants. I thought strange.!...I bought it anyway...Last year we had some nice Blackberries very tasty....this years crop of fruit will be the best year, and fingers crossed I can make a couple of jars of Blackberry and Apple Jam. mnmnmnm

I am well thanks Crissue, have been busy digging out some more grass and just trimming and pruning this morning, (as well as washing and ironing) Weather is gorgeous today, rain forecast for tomorrow, don't mind because the garden is getting ready for another drink. Saves me dragging the hosepipe round. Hope you are all well in France and your garden is growing well. - Barbara

No it's a different spot, that has already been cleared and planted with hardy geraniums ready for the roses in Autumn. The bit I have dug out this morning is in the front garden, just made the border wider, it is very dry underneath the grass though, will not be able to plant anything in there yet. It is hot here today. Just come in from the garden, the little creepy harvest flies are driving me nuts. crawling around in my hair so off in the shower and try to cool off a bit.
