i think its a raven..i want it to be....lol..two of them live here all year. been here for at least two years. i just love watching them.

We have crows near us ...

its so hard identifying flying things....ive seen some big crows....these two are a couple and live up the valley. crows live in a court or group. so the internet says...

lots here to sandra, lovely birds, we have had two nesting quite close which is unusual so close to houses, normally down the lanes in the big trees, great shot ;o))

I think it might be a raven Sandra, they are solitary birds and its the right size.:o)

i so enjoy their visits,,,now that my nest is emptying i seem to have more time to nitice all the birds and wild flowers...and when the kids were little my eyes were always on my son Jack....

i would say raven sandra, but very similar, the beaks are slightly different i think sandra and body size, but i could be wrong,

Definitely Raven, in fact common raven, one of the largest. We have these big ones all over here. This is the spitting image, I had to double take that I was still in Wales on your photos. :-) Nice to have a few around, talking and such. We've more than our fair share up here

we just have the two GT..but they are lovely. when thye had young they were feedind from my mothers bird table. but now we only see thhem in the distance...
