Hello, my name is Fabrice, I am French but live much of the time in Chigwell, Essex, U.K.
I was acting in Paris for many years but due to health problems, decided to stop and change my life completely. Since I was very young, I was always interested in gardens and garden design. I had a beautiful garden in Paris and also at my parents large home in the south east of France, both of which I designed completely. Now in Chigwell, I have a very small garden, which when I arrived consisted of a lawn with a conifer hedge on the left, a straight path on the right leading to a ghastly garden shed and a concrete patio, looking like a bunker. I redesigned the garden and it has finally taken shape. Although surrounded by other houses, I have secluded areas where it is nice to sit and drink a glass of wine. For me, the garden is one of the most important rooms of the house, the place where I can breath properly (or is it because of the large number of ferns I have in the garden).
