Winter Pansies growing in 100 deg. heat!

My last surviving Pansie from the winter growing in a shaded hanging basket.
This little guy is growing in a "peat moss free" organic potting soil and has been fed compost tea, liquefied seaweed, molasses, and organic fish emulsion. The soil has been amended with earthworm castings also.
From what I have read, Pansies cannot survive Texas summer heat.
This one might be the exception because it has received the best organic treatment possible and is struggling a little but blooming!
I love it!
