Vivid pink too! I like the shaded yarrow. I wouldn't mind letting a faded white I've got go for a colored one.

I had some of the dwarfed yellow...it didn't last very long, only about two seasons. then it disappeared. I'm certain I planted seed for the orange colour in the back garden...but the clump is all white. I'm happy it's growing and blooming. The wild flower is so pretty but it does discolour after a few weeks... I've seen the seed heads of the wild yarrow dried and coloured for a Christmas arrangement.
sounds like you and Louise have been doing more research than the local nurserymen, they won't have a chance to catch up on their reading/research til the summer season is over. Good luck Gt... I'm sure it will do well for you.

That's a nice colour...a bit like the new one I planted this week! I hope the colour doesn't fade - I took one out that went a muddy white after a few years. Not nice at all! Louise says she's heard about fade-resistant strains, but we've asked around and the assistants look baffled....
