Campanula for Moongrower

This pic taken last year MG - about 10 flowered last year of blue & white variety - don't know the names though. Only 2 white ones re-flowered this year & no blues. They do seem to have spread in the clump and have produced lots of roots which are quite visible along the top of the soil / bark. I easily pulled out a bit of a chunk last night and it looks as though there will be lots of new plants - the bit question is, will the new plants flower though given that they did not re-flower on the original plants this year?
