Garlic harvest

Thanks. They sit in the ground a long time (since October) which is a bit of a nuisance in a small garden, but I'm glad I tried them. Very very easy to grow, and yes - have been yummy so far. Ever tried baked garlic? Someone has given me a recipe - 6 bulbs used in one meal!

Am going to try this coming winter, in a container of some sort (I also have a small garden). Am going to follow the saying "plant on the shortest day, harvest on the longest day" (or, should that be vice versa?) for onions. However, i probably won't wait until 21/12 to get them in. Have never tried this baked, sounds good. Would you consider posting the recipe, for inclusion in the "Recipes from the garden" page here?
