The building seen here is the HQ of one of our major banking corporations, the Bank of Scotland, although, I've lost track of whom owns which bank/building society now, lol!

It reminded me of another pic similar to this, from same place, posted here last year or year before. There was a comment (referring to this building) saying how grand the "castle" was. On an even lighter note (and this makes me smile still, 20 years on):- I got off the train one day, just behind 2 American tourists. I heard the lady exclaim "Wow!!! They've built the castle next door to the rail station - ain't that so darn thoughtful?"( ???****!) This still makes me LOL!!!!
