Thanks San, the other bit of the pot I used to cover the roots of a clematis, it looks lovely, talk about waste not want not. You can tell I was brought up during the war can't you ? lol :0)))

lol val, i use brocken pot to do that to, it shades but water can get under ;o)) i wasnt brought up during the war though lol

Funny you should ask that Valerie as I have been clearing out all the plants that died over the winter and that was one,.... I also cleared out the label ! !
As I have a touch of the old timers disease I can't remember but it was something like Lauram, or words to that effect. lol
