fir tree and bush gone

removed fir tree and bush from here as it was killing the grass as you can see and blocks the view of my herb border and hanging baskets.Now more early morning sun in the garden too.New project for this area in pipeline.

No lol! I wasn't really sorting the stones into sizes.There are some cobbles down which cover a sewer manhole,the small pieces are slate which I put down between the few plants I had there around the fir tree.I just put them to one side while I cut down the tree and removed the roots.However,I do save as much stone etc.as I can,they will be sorted into sizes later as they will be re-used on my next project for the garden.I will probably build a better rockery in this area now the tree has gone.

I like to collect stones, pebbles etc. for use around the garden.
