It might be one of the solitary wasps(they dont all have stripes). they catch their prey and drag it to their burrow......i think thats what the extra legs are-all insects have 6 legs and only spiders have 8

Yes Mageth thats exactly what it is, well spotted, I would of told you all .it shifted so fast must of been camera shy 8~)
