My Singapore Plumeria has its first flower of the summer. It's starting to bloom very late (about 2 month late) this year because of our unusually cool weather. Generally, it starts blooming in early June. Photo taken July 28, 2010.

The Plumerias were late here, too, though they started a couple of months ago. I can't call it cool, here, but we haven't had as many 115 plus days as we usually do, this year.

Typically in inland San Diego where I live...my Plumerias start blooming in May. This year they started blooming in June...although, I did see some of the larger trees around which started blooming earlier.
I've heard it's been slightly below normal in the desert Southwest...but a few degrees below normal when it's 115 degrees F....is still blasting hot. lol! : > )

I know that I don't notice the difference, so how do the plants?!
