Milky:
Not with this Plumeria tree. It's never been a very good bloomer. All the large Plumeria trees in my neighborhood are in full bloom right now...and have been for a couple of months...even though the weather has been much cooler than normal. I'll take some photos and show how full of flowers the trees are in my neighborhood soon.

The foliage also isnt as green as other types. Its not a need for this or that, its just that way.

It's really green this year. I've given it lots of water and fertilizer. Last year it was so drought-stricken the branches were bending down and soft and spongy. This year I drilled many holes in the ground around this tree so the water and fertilizer could get down to the roots. Tomorrow is another day of watering and fertilizing it. It's has many new flower spikes coming out.
This tree is so large it takes up almost a quarter of the back yard. It has one branch just about to touch the house. The spread is almost 24 ft. I can't imagine what the circumference of this tree is now.
