I was the same with the fish pond border, it looks so much tidier now I have done it, kept putting it off, pleased I have done it now. Know it will get bad again because it is the last in the garden to be seen from the house so it is out of sight out of mind. Will try and keep it better once I have the electrics in because I shall be able to sit and hear the water sprinkling out of the fountain when (WHEN) it gets done. I leave it for the wild life frogs etc. and the toads, Phil brought one into the house and made Sam squeal the other
night. It was huge. We also have newts and I have been waiting for them to stop breeding so that we don't disturb them.

Do you mind if I just keep gazing at this lush, green lawn ? Green with envy is what I am !

Oh dear Shirley...still not enough rain? Today we had cloud in the morning, warm sunshine from about 10.30am until about 4pm then heavy rain showers that just came right down from the sky, no breeze, and watered everything beautifully...what can I say? This is Angus! Horrbile plague of aphids though, blighters all over me, in my hair, on my clothes, down my cleavage......yuck!

The rain may be sent down South but, please keep the aphids ! I would not have liked them on me and feel itchy now .... lol !
