This a fabulous Hosta, I have never seen one with leaves that twist like that.

I have a number of Hostas some of which look the same as yours, including this one. Sadly mine are all unknown too. Maybe someone will know which ones they are.

This looks like an older variety hosta called 'Undulata Univittata'. I have two and over the years they have gotten very large. Most variegated hostas that have alot of white in the center, are harder to grow and stay fairly small in size.
