yes, I was walking last winter and took a cutting and here it is.
The flower is more impressive than the actual plant.

This plant is actually Polygala myrtifolia - Sweet Pea Shrub which is very widely grown here in CA for it extreme drought tolerance...and of course, the ever blooming flowers.

Thanks Delonix1...you should have posted this two days ago. Would have spared me the search. Mine has grown real nice this year. I'm sure next year I will need to prune it. Do you know how tall it can get?

It grows from 3 - 6 feet or 1 - 2 meters tall, although I've seen some a bit taller.
