Mine didn't even come! It just turned to mush.

Mine turned to a mush over the winter too. I replaced them but the plants are a bit small this year. I will take better care of them this winter.
I noticed Dawn, we have a lot of similar plants in our gardens!!

So far I only have the leaves on mine , the cold winter must have set it back I think it's getting a little to late to flower now ...... :o(

Really Linda, we must have the same taste, lol.
I think I'll give this a good covering of mulch when it dies down. Last Winter was a bad one though so fingers crossed.

Some Eucomis are hardier than others...Well drained soil and deep planting with a winter mulch usually does the trick....:>)

Hi Motinot, thanks for the advice. I'm wondering if its free draining enough where it is, I might move it later and plant deeper and give it some well rotted muck. Any idea if you can collect seed from them?
