Oregano

my oregano has gone wild and smells divine!! Urs looks like its doing very well! i'll have to get my cooking hat on again soon!

Also great on focaccia (sp?) mmmm.

this stuff is wonderful in salad dressing... with a little olive oil, snipped basil, oregano and a tiny bit of rosemary....mmmm. forgot the vinegar...balsamic is nice.
Since my kids have grown and gone I hardly cook anymore.

oh ur making me hungry!! I love making pizza and bread dough... we have a bread maker but i do it all by hand its still in the box used once i think! I used to love watching my great grannie baking the good old fashioned way!

Those bread makers are marvells aren't they? You are right, though, homemade, hand kneaded bread is the nicest thing...nothing like the smell of baking bread to say "welcome home" .
