Wow! that is amazingly beautiful.. I have no idea, alas.

I don't know either, but I sure want one too !

I have a pic of something similar, it is yellow though... grows tall about 24" has crisp looking blue green foliage with leaves that curl...when it goes to seed the seeds are like dandelion...The ones I have arrived on the wind..too pretty to just be a weed. will post pic I have...we can compare notes.
