Cocos nucifera - Coconut Tree at the San Diego Zoo

Doesn't look like it misses the beach.

This little coconut tree has been doing well since it was planted back in 2007.
Hopefully one day it'll become a tall tree.

The fronds should grow much larger in the next couple of years.
