My tiny red dogwood is growing quite a bit of height this year. It took a while but I think that it's finally getting going.

It is possible in your climate Lori. This one appeared in a friends garden and I took it when it was about a foot tall.

great! I'll put up a pic..don't think it's a dogwood,,flowers wrong... really pretty shrub... has not been tended...it just grew there and could benefit from a bit of a trim..but I'll do that after it's finished blooming. The red stems look great in the snow. brrrr. Please tell me what you think.
