Oh my...this is beautiful!!!! I was looking to see if I could find some seeds for this the other day but no luck.

I've never known these to be sold as seed. Usually they come as young plants. The normal propogation method is by leaf cutting.

Is this an indoor or outdoor plant?

In the UK indoor, so I would imagine it will be the same for you.
